The Harmony of Diversity
On the evening of November 1, the ninth ART.FAIR found its end. More than 32,000 visitors came to Cologne's autumn art fair for modern and contemporary art. Especially 12,000 visitors enjoyed the preview and the vernissage in a wonderful atmosphere. The 85 exhibitors were glad about the constant stream of visitors and the consumers every fair day.
Once again, the arena for ART.FAIR was the historic-landmark halls of the "Staatenhaus am Rheinpark".
For the very first time the Goldsaal on the upper floor with its 3,500 square meters was set up and provided even more galleries the opportunity to present their program on a large scale.
Once again, ART.FAIR shared its timeframe and facilities with BLOOOM - the creative industries art show.. BLOOOM is excited to be the world's first interdisciplinary presentation platform for artists and art projects in the creative industries.
The concept between ART.FAIR and BLOOOM – the concept to build a bridge from established positions to very young projects – worked.
We thank all participants for the successful fair and are looking forward to celebrating the 10th birthday of the ART.FAIR together with you – as exhibitor or as visitor – at the Staatenhaus, Cologne in 2012.
